Welcome to Unbox Invites (unboxinvites.com). These Terms and Conditions explain our mutual rights and responsibilities when you order a digital wedding invitation website or bespoke design service from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What We Offer

We design, customize, and host interactive digital invitation websites for weddings, celebrations, and special occasions. You can place an order in one of two ways:

Catalog Templates: Choose a ready-made template design (e.g. Royal Heritage, Ivory Bloom, River Roots, Mountain Dreams) at a fixed price, customized with your event details.
100% Bespoke Designs: Request a custom invitation website built entirely from scratch according to your specific vision and theme.

Payment Terms

To maintain standard turnarounds and designer availability, all orders are paid in full in advance before design work commences. Payments are processed securely via UPI or official WhatsApp payment details (+91 90237 55528).

Delivery Timeline

Once payment and event information (photos, dates, venue info) are confirmed, standard delivery is completed within 48 hours. Larger bespoke custom projects follow the custom timeline agreed upon during consultation.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

The photos, text, and personal assets you provide remain your property. By sharing them, you confirm that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

All code, source files, layout structures, animations, SVG graphics, and proprietary designs created by Unbox Invites remain the intellectual property of Unbox Invites. Re-selling, redistributing, or duplicating our templates without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
