To allocate dedicated designer bandwidth and server space, every invitation order is paid in full before design work begins. Payment details are provided exclusively via our official WhatsApp account (+91 90237 55528).

2. Full Refund Eligibility (24-Hour Window)

You are eligible for a 100% full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided our design team has not yet commenced customization of your template or bespoke project.

3. Non-Refundable Period (After Design Starts)

Because each invitation is personalized and customized specifically for your couple details, payments become non-refundable once design drafting has started. This compensates for the time, creative effort, and hosting configuration dedicated to your project.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with the initial preview, don't worry! We include revision rounds in every plan to refine typography, color shades, photos, event details, and music until you are 100% delighted. In exceptional circumstances, store credit can be issued for future events or alternate templates.
