To create your personalised invitation website, we only ask for necessary information such as:

  • Your names, couple story, and event details (dates, venue locations, timings, itineraries).
  • Photos, videos, and any text messages or RSVP options you wish to display.
  • Contact details shared with us via WhatsApp (+91 90237 55528) or email.

We do not ask for or collect any sensitive financial or personal data beyond what is strictly required to personalize and deliver your invitation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the details and media you share solely to design, customize, and host your digital invitation website. Your finished invitation is published at a unique URL (e.g. unboxinvites.com/templates/your-names), which you share with your invited guests.

Please note that anyone with whom you share your custom link will be able to view your invitation website and photos. Your invitation is not indexed or publicly advertised by us without your explicit permission.

Payments Security

All payment transactions are conducted securely via UPI, Bank Transfer, or direct official WhatsApp coordination (+91 90237 55528). We do not store or collect your credit card, debit card, or banking credentials on our servers.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or leak your personal data to third parties. Your photos and event details are only processed internally by our design and technical hosting team.

Analytics and Cookies

Our website may utilize standard analytical tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to monitor basic, non-identifying traffic statistics and optimize website speed and performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Data Retention & Removal

Your invitation website remains active for 6 months included with every order. If you wish to take down your invitation or permanently delete your photos and records earlier, simply send us a request on WhatsApp (+91 90237 55528) and we will process it promptly.
